THROUGH PRAYERS AND FASTING
The book of Daniel 9:20-21 says, “And whiles I was speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Israel, and presenting my supplication before the Lord my God for the holy mountain of my God; Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.”
Fasting is a practice that separates you from the distractions of the world. It enhances your spirit’s sensitivity to God’s power in your life.
One of the key ways to invite divine encounters with God is through prayer and fasting.
THROUGH OBEDIENCE
The scripture in Genesis 17:1 says, And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
Obedience opens the heavens for divine encounter with God. Also, it is a determinant of whether you will see the move of God in your life or not.
The greatest test of life is the test of obedience to God’s Word because it is the proof of whether you really trust and love Him.
Obedience is fundamental in walking with God for divine encounter.
THROUGH GOD’S WORD
The book of Hebrews 4:12 says, “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
The word of God is the major way God uses to give people divine encounters. When God wants to change a man’s life, He sends His word.
One fastest way you can encounter God is to engage His word because His word is quick and powerful.
THROUGH SACRIFICIAL GIVING
The word of God in 2 Chronicles 7:12 says, “And the Lord appeared to Solomon by night, and said unto him, I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.”
Giving to God is a major way you can activate divine encounters. Giving to God is a powerful principle in the kingdom that provokes the appearance of God for divine encounter.
