I decree and declare that this shall be your season of thanksgiving, expansion, and promotion in the name of Jesus!
A POWERFUL PROPHETIC DREAM
I had a very powerful dream in which I found myself in an office with a government official. I was granted favor with him, and I experienced promotion in this dream as well. Then, the scene changed.
I was trying to get a job in a specific government office, but it felt like the Lord did not allow that door to open. In my dream, I realized that the door remained closed for a reason.
I woke up and asked the Lord, “Why didn’t that particular door open for me?” The Lord responded, “It’s because the door I’m preparing to open for you is bigger.”
I went back inside and fell asleep again, returning to the same dream, which is very unusual for me. In the second part of the dream, there was a government promotion.
As we approach the end of this year and the beginning of the next, the Holy Spirit is saying it is time to come up higher. Some of you reading this word may be thinking too small or have become too comfortable with the status quo.
It is interesting to note that the promotion I was trusting God for in the previous dream was for an administrative role, while the promotion in the next dream was for a governmental position.
In the next part of the dream, I saw a general of faith, a mighty leader, and one of the fathers of faith in Nigeria. The man of God spoke in a massive auditorium; it was more like a stadium. He said, “I want to talk to you about having dominion.”
I declare over you that it is your season of expansion in the name of Jesus.
I decree that it is your time to take dominion.
I declare that promotion is released upon you in Jesus’ mighty name.
I declare that every stagnation shall break off from your life in the name of Jesus.
WHAT IS THANKSGIVING
Thanksgiving is the art of showing appreciation to God for what He has done, what He is doing, and what He is going to do.
Thanksgiving is an act of trust in the One in whom you believe, the One who backs you up.
The Word of God in John 11:41-42 says, “So they took away the stone. Then Jesus looked up and said, ‘Father, I thank you that you have heard me. I knew that you always hear me, but I said this for the benefit of the people standing here, that they may believe that you sent me.”
THE IMPORTANCE OF THANKSGIVING
The Word of God in 1 Thessalonians 5:18 says, “In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”
Thanksgiving is God’s will for us, and God has commanded us to give thanks because there is power in thanksgiving.
Also, Ephesians 5:20 says, “Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;”
Thanksgiving is an important ingredient that allows the presence and nature of God to find expression in us and through us.
THANKSGIVING AND ITS BENEFITS
To be thankful is to be “tank full.” If you are thankful, your tank will be full, so be full of thanksgiving.
Thanklessness is a risk, it corrupts the blessing at hand and stops the blessing of the future from coming. With thanksgiving, you scale new heights. If you stop thanking God, you stop changing levels.
The scripture in Psalm 92:12 says, “The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.”
Thanksgiving makes you fat and flourishing according to Psalm 92:14, which says, “They shall still bear fruit in old age; They shall be fresh and flourishing.”
Thanksgiving brings the hand of God upon that which you have asked and multiplies it.
The Word of God in Mark 8:6 says, “So He commanded the multitude to sit down on the ground. And He took the seven loaves and gave thanks, broke them and gave them to His disciples to set before them; and they set them before the multitude.”
Finally, Thanksgiving brings God’s wholeness into your life.
I declare that in this season MULTIPLE TESTIMONIES shall spring forth FROM your Thanksgiving in the name of Jesus!
